Perchta Hefeweizen – This weissbier is a straw colored wheat beer with a hazy appearance that has the characteristic banana and clove aroma.
6% ABV | 15 IBU | 5 SRM | Style: Wheat Beer – Hefeweizen
Legend of Perchta: Perchta, the mother of emperor Charlemagne, was a kind old witch and said to be of long and wide feet, in effect taller than her husband. She gave to good boys and girls coins in their shoes.
