● RED

Our house RED is a Cabernet Sauvignon aged in oak barrels. Tasting notes of vanilla, chocolate, blackberry, and plums. Pairs well with beef, lamb, game (venison), and poultry.

● MERLOT

This full-bodied Merlot has a deep purple hue, with notes full of fruit intensity, a hint of vanilla and spice. Pairs well with beef, lamb, game (venison), and poultry.

● Le Frogg

This full body French Style Red Bordeaux has rich flavours of plum, black currant, & red berries with warm spice character, subtle cedar & chocolate. Smooth & silky from start to finish. Pairs well with a medium-rare steak on the grill.

● WHITE

Our house "WHITE" is a Chardonnay on tap. This dry white wine has lighter flavors of vanilla and floral notes. It pairs well with lighter meats like fish, pork, and veal.

● SAUVIGNON BLANC

This white wine has light fruit flavours of green apple, passion fruit, peach. It pairs well with lighter meats like fish, pork, and veal.

● VIOGNIER

This white wine has lighter flavors of tangerine, mango, and floral notes of honeysuckle. It pairs well with lighter meats like fish, pork, and veal.

● MEAD - ORANGE BLOSSOM

This traditional dry mead is made with Orange Blossom Honey. It is crisp and clean with orange aromas. It pairs well with lighter meats like fish, pork, and veal.

● CIDER

This gluten free cider is made with Virginia apples, this cider is refreshing and drinkable.

● CIDER - CHERRY

This gluten free cider is made with montmorency cherries and Virginia apples to create one of the most bright and refreshing ciders.
